How I Review
The ransomware guide on this site was rewritten after the original thesis — “backups beat antivirus” — turned out to be backwards. Layered defense, antivirus first with backups as the safety net, is the corrected and accurate framing. Getting that kind of thing right, even after publishing it wrong once, matters more here than protecting a prior page’s word count.
